“Life is what you make it—constantly progressing rather than standing still.”
Rich Gaubert's path was never paved. Growing up in an unstable home, moving without warning, and facing adversity at every turn, he learned early that momentum is everything. His mother's resilience—her refusal to let circumstance define possibility—became the foundation of his own philosophy.
As a young man working as a bike courier, someone noticed something different about Rich: raw, untamed speed. That observation changed the trajectory of his life. After two years of relentless training, he earned his place as a competitive cyclist at the national level, winning more than twenty medals in endurance competition and racing with top-tier professional sponsorships.
It was through cycling that a business owner first noticed Rich's drive and offered him his first sales role. The discipline of competitive athletics—the pacing, the strategy, the refusal to quit—translated directly into a career defined by consistent, compounding results.
Rich's commitment extends beyond the boardroom. As a Volunteer Team Leader with the American Red Cross of Central & South Texas, he leads disaster relief efforts, organizes preparedness workshops, and mentors youth and young athletes—channeling the same intensity that drove his athletic and business careers into building stronger communities.
Led 20 volunteers across disaster relief operations and fundraising campaigns. Organized preparedness workshops and built partnerships with 15 local businesses to strengthen community response.
Two decades of scaling national operations. An athlete’s discipline. A builder’s instinct. Ready to architect what’s next.
